Claim Handling
If you are repairing your car through insurance. Rest assured we will handle contact with your insurance as you drop off the car with us for repairs. We will talk to adjusters accordingly as your repair needs. We’ve worked with but not limited to the following insurance companies; State Farm, Allstate, Gieco, Wawanesa, Alliance, and Mercury to name a few. ASK US ABOUT OUR DEALS/ $$ OFF YOUR DEDUCTIBLE!
Rental Coordination
Having been in our location for so long has allowed us to develop relationships with local car rental businesses. If a car rental is needed or requested, we will work to get you the best deal and coordinate for you to be picked up in your rental day of dropping off your car. We will also, if preferred, drive you to get your car rental after your car has been dropped off. Customer satisfaction is one of our major goals.
Towing
If your car does not run or it is not safe for you to drive it to the shop, we can coordinate for a towing truck to pick up and deliver to our shop. You can also have your towing company of choice drop off at our shop. Give us a call and we can coordinate with you or directly with the towing company to get your car to us quickly to start on repairs.
Pick up & Drop off
We want the best for our customers and if you need a ride we would be more than happy to coordinate pick up or drop off. Pick up radius is limited so give us a call to verify your location meets travel conditions.
